Berry Acai (pronounced ah-sigh-ee) has already sparked headlines as one of the healthiest foods on the planet. They are supposed to be good for weight loss, anti-aging, and more. But can acai too help You lose weight, as the promise of online advertising? WebMD asked experts in diet and nutrition for the truth concerning acai and weight.

Researchers have to get acai berry has antioxidants that may protect cells from damage caused by harmful molecules in the body called "free radicals," and may help fight diseases like heart disease and cancer. But when come to weight loss, the hype is ahead of the science, because the research evidence right advanced less.
