Premier Protein friend-my friend is your new BFF to lose Weight. I get many requests every week to be with certain products, the link to the article, the ads – most of which I immediately delete after receiving them because I will not promote something that I don't already use, or think that others will find value with.

I am happy to say that I'm a Premier Protein Ambassador! I'm trying to jump on the protein bar/protein shake bandwagon a few times. Only one teeny tiny problem. It turns out that most of them have some sort of material in it that made me need to find a bathroom within five minutes after eating/drinking the product. Not going to name plus the names (ahem, Pure Protein, EAS, Atkins, – just to name a few).

So I tried the Premier Protein after Instagram Weight Watchers peeps buy this 2 point smart shakes plus add them to a two shot espresso from Starbucks. Great, quick go mini breakfast as I like to call it – for only 160 calories plus a whopping 30 grams of protein. I recently bought an espresso machine at Goodwill, so can now make my drink to go in the house, saving me $2.17 a day. Open-mouthed smile
